At the invitation of the respect coach, SSW conducted a one-day project with 80 tenth-graders at the Anne-Frank-Oberschule in Strausberg, Brandenburg, in which the question “Why do we think, what we think?” was at the center. First, there was an introduction to the role that ideologies, world views or theories play in our perceptions and explanations of reality. Then, in small groups, the topics of nationalism, propaganda, war, Antisemitism, racism, Cancel Culture, Woke and language (including gender-neutral speech) were discussed. The groups then shared their findings in other formations.
